Part-Time Administrative Assistant

  • Looking for a part time admin assistant for a fast paced design and engineering start up in a rapid growth sector. Position would be for 20-25 hours a week with flexible hours between 9-5 M-F. Ideal candidate would be an enthusiastic, team player whose duties would include answering phones, customer support, various admin duties and general support for a small team. Must have a friendly and helpful disposition and the flexibility to adapt to new tasks. Position could become full time for the right person.JOB DUTIES:
  • Answering phones, taking messages and giving to the appropriate staff in coordination with our account manager
  • Helping the account manager create new projects, coordinate client intakes, set up contracts, etc…
  • All scheduling for team members using google calendars and join.me conference call services
  • Most important is to be support staff for a team of 4 others in office and occasionally for out of office subcontractors as needed.
  • Basic project management tracking in coordination with the staff on our project management platform (Basecamp) and job tracking (Workflow Max)
  • Creating and organizing our cloud based document storage
  • Scanning, copying, filing
  • General office upkeep
  • Running local errandsMUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE:
  • Customer service
  • MS office (word, excel, powerpoint, sharepoint, etc…)
  • Google suite (calendar, docs, gmail, etc)BONUS POINTS FOR:
  • Experience with Basecamp, Workflow Max, Join.me
  • Has own vehicle to run errands
  • Project management experience

$13-17/ hour DOE
